Up and running!?

Third day without Tobacco! So these pics does not, I repeat, does NOT illustrate how my life feels right now! But, however, the future might look like this! Riding the waves on a feather... smoking sumtin else.. or not..

On another note.. The Fiat started on the first try after almost two years of silence! Old gasolin, dust, cold temp. got nothing on my little, 23 raw hp, Fiat engine! Hells yes!

More pigs soon! Baboon!

As you can see it started many lightyears ago!
The Fiat project came about 40 years later!
Still a boxcar though!

The rebirth of 126

So there I was
,
teaming up with "The TinMan" for a new adventure. Creating a new look for the Fiat without making it to obvious for the eye. It had to look like it came straight from the factory.. sort of anyways. I knew that I needed time to try and fail so I made a deal with Tomas that I would take care of the grinding and preparation before painting the little sucker, it both spared his back and gave me a place to do my dirty work. I´d been Solder-spackeling on my first bike build but with pretty poor result so I was a little bit hesitant doing I myself with the car.

But what the hell.. Nobody knew what I had in mind so I started slowly to form the tallights consoles myself. At this point, there was no return and the tinker-ghost had me firmly in its wonderful grip! Thank you and good night.

Stripping the Fiat Pt.3

I had this Idea to strip the inside too..

Lucky me!

Stripping the Fiat Pt.2

So first things first..
Taking care of all the pannels round the car and sealing some parts plus changing the look in the back by removing them ugly ass taillights and replacing them with nu consoles and taillights from a chevy -41!That´s my first idea, anyways!Feels great!

I´ve got the tinker bug bad, brothers and sisters!

Finding out more Pt1

She´s SMALL! But I can fit inside her, no sexual reference what so ever... It´s like in StarTrek! Like two dimensions. Outside she´s so small but on the inside she´s way big

(Here with a brut that didn´t take no for an answer)
( She ruffed him up, real good!)

Stripping the Fiat Pt.1

Ok, so I´m now a proud ower of a SMALL car. She runs ok, looks ok, but is she really OK? Some rust of course but how much? Some oil leakage but from where? The biggest problem though.. I don´t know Jackshit `bout cars! Well, another T&E project for me. My head´s ringing "SEEK HELP".. I know how to make music not restore cars, god dang ! For the first time I actually followed the ringing sounds (Tinitus) and after digging through friends and asking around I found Tomas, the pic above all happy and shit, whom later became a very dear friend! So rust and paint was taken care of..so I thought.. But there was something, some wierd feeling that snuck up on me..

Fiat 126 Berlina -75

My moms, sis and me where out on one of our regular biking rounds but this time we took another route than usual. The lake that we almost had circum has been one of my favorite lakes since I was a child. When the circule almost came full there she was! Orange, small, sassy and Italian! AND for SALE!
126, digits that did not have
any meaning to me, yet.. I stopped and glared. I had to move in closer.
-MAN! She´s so cute, my moms shouted down the road! Yes.. She´s cute.. I replied.. in a haze.. she´s cute.. and I´m fucking broke!! AAAAAAAh..
-It´s totaly you! My moms voice much closer now.

-I could easily lend you the money.. moms even closer..

I bought her right then and right there! My first own car! My first car project had come to a very abrupt START! Fiat 126 Berlina -75
